Terms of Service

1. Parties to the contract

These terms govern the relationship between the Client and GetCheapSEO, based at Via Gaetano Donizetti, 1, 90042 Borgetto (PA), Italy.

2. Services

GetCheapSEO provides search engine optimisation (SEO) services in digital format. All deliverables are delivered electronically. Delivery times shown on packages are estimates in business days and may vary.

3. Payment

Payment is made in advance via Stripe at the time of order. Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. There are no hidden fees.

4. Limitation of liability

GetCheapSEO does not guarantee specific search engine positions, traffic increases or conversions. SEO results depend on external factors outside our control. GetCheapSEO's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

5. Governing law

The contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Palermo.
